The lure is unused, in original condition, and returned within 30 days of delivery.

The lure arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

The wrong item was shipped.
Refunds are not available for:

Lures that have been used, fished, or exposed to water

Normal wear, hook marks, or fish‑related damage

Custom‑made or personalized lures (unless defective)
2. Defective or Damaged Items
If your lure arrives damaged or has a clear manufacturing defect:

Contact me within 7 days of delivery

Include a photo of the issue

I will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation
Defects include things like:

Hardware failure (split rings, hooks, eyelets)

Paint or clear coat issues that affect performance

Structural cracks or separation
3. Custom Orders
Custom-painted or custom-built lures are non‑refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. I will work with you to fix any issues.
4. Return Process
To start a return:

Email or message me with your order number and reason for return

Wait for return approval

Ship the lure back in its original packaging

Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method
Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
5. Exchanges
If you want to exchange an unused lure for a different color or model, contact me within 30 days. Exchanges depend on current inventory.
